Brief update! new ETA

Hello all!
I will keep it brief until we have more of a solid update to make. In short, Vancouver is very bad still and this is all public information, and UPS is still very backed up.
All goods coming out of there are still having to find alternate routes and different ways to transport the goods.
Good news
As per our convos with our forwarder this morning, UPS said they will be picking it up by next Tuesday, and it usually takes no more than 5-7 business days for transport. As soon as they have picked up the goods, they will also scan them and allow us to see movement which is an indicator we have all been waiting for, so please bear with us and we will make another update when the goods have been scanned and show movement.

Smart-Pad 2 update + Swap out option

Hello all!
Just a quick update as per our UPS agent this morning. The goods have been sent to Calgary which is good to see that it has moved as we were starting to worry. A UPS driver will pick them up on the 20th of December or so.
Next Steps
We are working around the clock the get updates and a solid landing date so we can let you all know, but at this point please do not have your hopes up that they will land in time for the holidays, rather, that you will have a gorgeous all-in-one folio for an organized & focused new year in 2022. Either a late gift or to treat yourself and keep it.

We are still offering a swap-out option for any of our backers who do not wish to wait any longer. This includes a few best-sellers from iTravel Wallet 2®, to Trigger®, to Smart-Pack®. Should you wish to swap out your Smart-Pad 2, we can deliver your new choice of skyborne accessory within 1-2 business days, well before the holidays.

Smart-Pad 2's not yet picked up by UPS!

Hello all!
Just a quick update, firstly sorry for the continued delay. We too are tirelessly waiting for the arrival at this point since it's the main SKU of ours, however, it's just waiting to be picked up by UPS and has already been cleared. I am unsure of why this is still a longer than usual process, however, there is major flooding, mudslides in the region of Vancouver which is where it's coming from, and a very busy time for UPS due to these reasons + the holiday rush.
All we can do is wait, and we ourselves have 0 control over expediting this. We ask every single morning and it's still that a driver is waiting to pick it up.
On a positive note
We have wrapped a new holiday video for Smart-Pad 2.0, despite us being unable to utilize it as a promo a whole lot, or at least push it how we want to without the arrival of the bulk goods.
The good thing is you all being able to get a glimpse of what will be yours very very soon! Check it out below...

Hello, amazing Skyborne backers :D
You've all stayed patient and so understanding as we had to wait for this god-awful clearance delay the likes of which we never dealt with before. This is due to many factors, but in any case, we are done speaking about it & are relieved to know it's finally on route to us now.
What next?
Typically, when customs releases goods, it takes about 4-5 business days to arrive, so we are expecting the Smart-Pad 2 to be here by next week Friday at the latest. When it has landed, we will begin shipping all Smart-Pad 2s, starting from those who've backed the earliest and have been waiting patiently the longest, in priority sequence.
Skyborne's Black Friday
Now that the final SKU will be here, we'd like all backers to know that they will also be on our biggest sale of the year with free shipping & returns through our newly revitalized website. iTravel, Trigger & Smart-Pack will also be on sale.

Smart-Pad 2's still awaiting release from customs + Sneak peek at new BF video

Update on Smart-pad 2®
So we just spoke with our customs agent in Vancouver about the release of goods, and unfortunately, customs told us it was still being inspected, and will not be released for another 7-9 business days, October 31st is when they told me they would most likely be wrapping up and release it finally. Here is a screenshot below of our convo between our agent this morning:
Brief
We understand many of you are wanting the Smart-Pad 2® ASAP and it has been a long wait, and we are even more anxious and eager to get them since we are already wrapped up with our Black Friday Promos, and without Smart-Pad 2®, and iTravel Wallet 2.0® (In the same shipment) we will not only have upset our loyal backers and customers but also suffer a huge loss, being that's our main 2 SKUs we have invested in and without them we have barely any stock. We will continue to standby and keep you all in the loop daily until they are here.
